Parking
Please note we only have ONE  parking space
per accommodation within our grounds.
Your parking bay will be allocated when you check in.

Extra Parking.
If we have any available parking spaces they are charged at £20 per 3 day Break or
£35 per week, Extra spaces are on a first come first served basis & can only be
arranged on day of arrival.

For any extra vehicles you will find a public car park very close by.

We also have a restriction in our car park,
Commercial vehicles are not permitted.

As there is wheel clamping in operation, please do not park in the accommodation car park until you have checked in & registered your vehicle details.

Garden / Patio Area
We do not allow the exercise of dogs at any time as stated in the
terms of pets within our grounds.
In the rear patio area there are patio tables & chairs cloth deck chairs,
Anyone wishing to have a BBQ please note we do not allow disposables
as they will damage the Patio areas.
Please bring a suitable BBQ which is up of the ground.

At the front of the accommodation there is a grass area above the car park.

Internet & Games Room

The accommodation has a new designed area for internet access,
Pay as you go. So whether its checking your emails or
chatting back home with msn, or keeping in contact with the office.

It is not a wireless connection it is a secure wired connection.
( Cost £1 per 30 mins or 20p per 4 mins )

The internet & games room also has a pay phone & Sky free view TV
 

Laundry Room

The accommodation has a new Laundry room with £1 Coin Operated
Washing Machine &  Tumble Dryer
