All Bookings are done via our Secure On-line booking form, Every booking requires a Housekeeping / Security Bond
All bookings Require a 25% of the Accommodation cost as a Deposit,
The remainder 75% balance Is payable 35 days before arrival with the Refundable security bond.

For Example
Accommodation cost:- £800.00
Security Bond Cost:- £100.00

Pay 25% deposit £200.00 when making the booking.
Balance 75% due 35 days before arrival with the refundable Security Bond.
Balance:- £600.00
Bond :- £100.00
Total Payable 35 days before arrival is £700.00
